Delivery Return & Refund Policy
Under normal circumstances, you will receive your product(s) within 7 working days from date of purchase. We will notify our client with the proof of delivery upon shipment of goods.
However, we will not be responsible for delay due to wrong address provided by the client, missing parcel in transit and other related causes which are out of our control.
We strongly encourage our client to call us at +60379847688 / +60163301656 during office hour from 9am to 6pm, Monday till Friday (except public holiday in Kuala Lumpur) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the delivery lead time before making any purchase.
If the delivery lead time is exceed 7 working days under the normal circumstances OR exceed specified time frame which is mutual agreed via email or SMS, the client is allow to cancel the order and proceed for a refund prior to the shipment of goods.
Return And Refund Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 7 working days from the date of goods received.
Kindly take note the refund policy is not applicable to below reasons :
Change of mind
Wrong product purchased
Product damage due to user error
Slight color variance from photo/images due to different monitor setting
If you wish to return an item purchased, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1 – Notifying Us Of The Return Goods
Notifying us you wish to return any goods within 7 working days after goods received can be done by calling us at +60379847688 / +60163301656 during office hour from 9am to 6pm, Monday till Friday (except public holiday in Kuala Lumpur) or email to email@example.com with your order details. Client is required to arrange the goods returned to our office at own cost.
STEP 2 – Verifying The Return Goods
Upon receiving the returned goods, our customer service representative will check and verify the goods is in its original condition which include (if any) accessories, manuals, and documentation. We will notify the client by email or SMS if the returned goods are applicable for a refund.
STEP 3 – Processing The Refund
If the client is entitled for a refund, we will process the calculated refund and credit back to the original credit card/debit card used or online transfer the money to the name of the client within fourteen (14) working days. The refund amount does not cover postage cost and 3.5% handling fees incurred during the order made. The client will receive email or SMS notification of the proof of your refund from us.
