Pine essential oil is extracted from pine tree needles with cold compresses . Use it as detoxifying ingredient and natural disinfectant. Commonly used in massage oil blends, household cleaning products and air fresheners. It can stimulate blood flow and help decrease swelling, tenderness and pain within sore muscles or joints associated with inflammation.

For massage, add 4 drops in 10ml carrier oil.
For oil diffusers or burner, add 5-10 drops of essential oil of your choice into the water & let the aroma diffuse into the room to cleanse the air and stay moisture

    Hi Amy, this is a good grade of essential oil. It is safe for diffuse and for massage. To massage, please add 2 to 3 drops into 10ml carrier oil eg massage oil, diluted it before use.
